• TrustDNN: Evaluating the Trustworthiness of Deep Learning Systems, Singapore National Research Foundation (NRF), National Satellite of Excellence in Trustworthy Software Systems (NSoE-TSS) Core Technologies, Nov. 2019 – Mar. 2022.

  • Deep neural network check, monitor a deployed DNN’s predictions during inference

  • Deep neural network input analyses, mitigate DNN mis-predictions caused by the unexpected runtime inputs to the DNN

• Deep-learning based Software Engineering for Practical Software Analytics, Intel, Nov. 2018 - Nov. 2019.

  • Defect prediction, mitigate class imbalance and overlap problems

  • Bug localization, localize error files given bug reports
